We offer group lessons every day of the week. Our CrossFit sessions are accessible to everybody, regardless of your fitness level, age or even if you have an injury. Classes are always given by a certified coach who will adapt our program for each and every one of you.

On Monday evening we offer a course focused on weightlifting (Barbell from 19:30 to 20:45) and on Wednesday evening gymnastics (Gym from 19:30 to 20:45), for those who wish to work on and improve these skills.
